When will the vehicles be ready for delivery?

Will I be able to customize the vehicle I reserve?
Your preferred BMW Retailer will be able to provide you with the options available.
Am I buying this vehicle directly from BMW Canada?
No. The Purchase Agreement will be between you and your preferred BMW Retailer, not you and BMW Canada.
Is the vehicle guaranteed once the reservation fee has been paid?
Vehicles are not guaranteed until the reservation has been confirmed by the selected BMW Retailer. You can check the status of your reservation by contacting the BMW Retailer directly.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
Yes, you can receive a full refund at any time from your preferred BMW Retailer until you enter into a Purchase Agreement. To request a refund, please complete the Refund Request on the cancellation page, found in your confirmation email and your preferred BMW Retailer will be in contact with you directly. Upon cancelling, allow 7-10 business days for the $500 reservation fee to be credited to your original form of payment by your preferred BMW Retailer.
How will I be updated about the progress of the vehicle?
Your preferred BMW Retailer will contact you to provide you with additional ordering information and delivery process.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
No, the reservation can only be under your name. Please contact your preferred BMW Retailer if you have any specific questions.
I would like to put a deposit on this vehicle, but do not want to use the online form, what should I do?
If you would rather place a reservation for this vehicle in person than online, please get in contact with your preferred Retailer and inform them of your interest in this vehicle and they will be able to a) facilitate a deposit at their location and b) inform you of next steps related to the estimated delivery date of your vehicle.

What happens if I receive an error or experience a complication while trying to secure a deposit?
